Exchange and Return Policy:
Within 7 days of receiving the order, the product can be replaced
The product can be returned if it does not match the data mentioned about the product and its characteristics when purchasing

Cancelling order :
The order can be canceled within 24 hours without charge if the product has not been shipped.

The request will be canceled if the customer is late in completing the payment process (bank transfer or credit card) for more than one working day.

Calculation of the refund period for the customer:
Maximum 30 working days for orders paid by credit card or bank transfer.
